RESIST – Strengthening Societal Resilience to Disinformation in Europe, is a flagship initiative of the Council of Europe funded through the EEA and Norway Grants.

The project supports beneficiary Council of Europe member states in developing and strengthening national strategies to address disinformation and broader information integrity challenges, with a focus on cross-sectoral policy areas where societal resilience is shaped, including media, culture, education and youth.
This questionnaire collects the views and experiences of civil society actors, practitioners and organisations working in areas such as:
  • education and digital citizenship education
  • media environment and journalism
  • media and information literacy
  • youth participation and empowerment
  • culture and cultural participation
The objective is to better understand how existing policies and initiatives in these areas are implemented and experienced in practice, including:
  • how visible and accessible they are to citizens and organisations;
  • how effectively they are implemented;
  • how civil society actors are involved;
  • where gaps exist between policy commitments and real-world experience.
Your contribution is essential, as it provides practice-based insights that complement institutional and contextual data, allowing for a more comprehensive understanding of the situation at country level.

The questionnaire takes approximately 20–30 minutes to complete.

All responses will be analysed exclusively at country level and used in aggregated form for analytical reports. No individual respondent or organisation will be identifiable in the results.

Participation is voluntary, and you may discontinue at any time.

Response format:
  • Yes
  • No
  • Don't know / Not applicable
Moreover, for each section, you will also have the possibility to provide additional comments, explanations, examples or references to support your answers. This information is particularly valuable to better interpret the results.
