We want your views!
A new community fund is being launched to support local people and projects that tackle health inequalities in Brixton and Peckham. A group of local residents – the Community Board – will decide how the fund is structured. But first, they need your help.
This short survey will help us understand:
1) What health issues matter most to you and your community
2) Your opinion of who is most affected by health inequalities
3) What kind of support or funding could make a real difference
It only takes 3–5 minutes to complete, and your answers are anonymous.
Your voice will directly influence how the fund is designed and who it supports. Together, we can build something fair, inclusive, and based on local knowledge.
As a thank you for completing the survey, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win one of twenty £25 prizes - delivered as a bank transfer, a voucher of your choice, or a donation to a charity you care about.
Your responses are strictly confidential and stored securely in line with UK GDPR 2018 and the Data Protection Act 2018.
