We’re inviting organisations and service providers like yours to share your insights.
A new community-led fund is being launched to support people and projects tackling health inequalities in Brixton and Peckham. The fund will be shaped and overseen by a Community Board made up of local residents — and they want to ensure decisions are grounded in the realities of frontline work.
This short survey will help us understand:
1) The key health issues and gaps you see in your work
2) Which communities are most affected by health inequalities
3) What types of support or funding would make the biggest difference
It only takes 10–15 minutes to complete, and your answers are anonymous.
Your insight will directly influence how the fund is structured, who it supports, and how it works. Together, we can shape a fairer and more inclusive approach to community health.
As a thank you for completing the survey, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win one of twenty £25 prizes - redeemable as a bank transfer, a voucher of your choice, or a donation to a charity you care about.
